This value defines the interval in seconds for the regular transmission of LLDPDUs by the device.
Note: If the device detects changes to the LLDP information during an interval, the device can send additional LLDP messages. The
2.38.4 TX delay parameter defines the maximum frequency of LLDP messages caused by these changes.
Note: The device also uses this Message TX interval for calculating the hold time for received LLDP messages with the
help of the Message TX hold multiplier.
